Whirlpool 30" Black Stainless Over the Range Combination Microwave Ovens

This microwave works really well. It is much quieter than our old one and is a little more low profile, which gives us a little extra headroom above the stove. I don't love that the buttons are inside the door, but that seems to be the way everyone wants things now. Overall excellent unit.

Bought the slim profile over the range microwave/hood to replace countertop microwave. It has a great look, but sound alerts are too soft. Another thing that is irritating is when , just trying to wipe off or clean exterior, door opens, light comes on, and fan turns on.Just a little too sensitive!

Have had for a few months now. What a great addition to our kitchen renovation. Love the fan, automatically comes on when stove below is in use if to much heat rises and shuts off automatically also. Many speeds to choose from. Great light to help see while to cook Great unit so far, no complaints.

The low profile is a game changer when you have limited space above your range. It has plenty of room for what we need to reheat or cook. It's full of features for cooking, reheating, and defrosting. The fan has several speed settings, which we love.

We like your product but, the operating instructions are horrible with no illustrations on the operating procedures. Whom ever wrote this didn't take into account that some of us need more visual instructions. What buttons to use. I did not find a place online for our questions either.

Bought it to replace a ventahood. I was initially intimidated by installing it myself but after reading the directions and using the metal template plate, it was a breeze. I did have to have someone help me because it's heavy. Control panel has a small learning curve. (Love that buttons are hidden.

Purchased this microwave 2 months ago and love it! Doing a remodel and didn't know if we would be lucky enough to find a model to fit into an already-existing space. It not only fit but it's perfect! Great look, multiple features/options, under-microwave light and fan and fingerprint resistant.

I bought this about a month ago. Installation wasn't too difficult, about what I expected. Very powerful and I like the variable settings for the exhaust fan and light. Only reason it did not get 5 stars is because some of the buttons have to be pushed a couple of times for them too work.

We recently had our older whirlpool model crash on us after 4 years of use and found this one to replace it. Choosing a 'slim' profile gave us so much more space over our stove and it added a more refined look to the entire space. "It really tied the room together" you might say.

I like the sleek design and the bells and whistles are nice, but you should probably read the manual first! I just started using the microwave, after all how difficult could it be. Once you get to know your microwave, it is a great addition to have.
