[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best oven I have ever owned. True convection. Great with two lights inside. The touch pad that is greatly lit and sizeable print with the clock making it nice to see. Our power went out and it even tells you how long it was out. Wow!
A purely cosmetic issue is that the piece of metal that is supposed to cover the space beneath the oven did not have the holes drilled in the proper place to connect it to the oven. It wasn't hard to drill mew holes and you can't see them once the oven is installed, but it was a minor annoyance.

I bought this when my Bosch oven died two days before Thanksgiving. It arrived the beginning of December and I’m very disappointed. The temperature is not evenly distributed and my baked goods brown unevenly. I wish I had had a choice of better ovens. It looks nice though.
