Whirlpool WVU7130JS Gold Series 30 Inch Under Cabinet Ducted Hood

We upgraded all our kitchen appliances, and this was a reasonably priced vent hood that matched. The lights are bright, and the fan is quiet. It seems to do a good job of exhausting the food odors, and I like that the fan has three speeds. So far, I’m pleased with this purchase.

This product is exactly as presented. Fitting was easy and it really looks piercing in our new kitchen. Very quiet and working great since the day it was installed.

This item was just installed. The front left has a small dent, and the filter and filter area had deformations. Not so bad that I want to return it...it's just not worth the trouble.

  size is small. if you are tall this is needed.

  packing seems inadequted, instructions very involved. trying to be too, universal. should make a unit just for 7" dia, vent which is most common.

We bought this unit to hook up to our existing external vent. It has a very slim and sleek design with some bright LED lighting and 3 speeds to choose from. The low setting is so quiet, you can barely hear it. If needed, the other 2 speeds will vent any amount of smoke you might have while cooking.

Our new Whirlpool hood is the perfect complement to our other appliances and cabinetry. It's very effective at limiting the smoke and odors in the kitchen.

We bought this fan two months ago and are very pleased with how it takes out the exhaust. We won’t put it on high though because the filter rattles badly at high speed.

I looked at much more expensive ones, but I am pleased with this one. We haven't been using it for long, but so far, I am pleased by the look and function.

Had it for seven year. Now is time to change it since the odor of the cooking you can smell it in the house. Works great, but after a while it need to be clean or new replacement

The light module in the range hood has never worked since installed. I started a service order back in June 2023 and have yet had my range hood repaired. Whirlpool has scheduled service on four different occasions.

This unit was installed into a brand new home and was the only option for undercabinet exhaust to the outside. I’ve had this unit for three months and it has had three separate blower motors. Each motor has been louder than the previous one.
