Hands down, the Roomba E5 is the best cheap robot vacuum for cleaning carpet. The upgraded extractions do a terrific job at gobbling up embedded dirt even with the low airflow. It’s better than the Roomba 675, 690, and any other brand in its price range.

We have had this one for around 8-10 months or so. Very disappointing... we came from a 800 series roomba so maybe we had our expectations up. This model is just not very good. It has a short battery life... gets hung on everything. Charging is spotty .. and the small brush has gone out.

Purchased for my 90 year old sight impaired mother with 2 big dogs. She uses Alexa to operate it and whoever comes over dumps the dust bin for her. Cleaning lady comes once a week so the Roomba is great for daily use. Allowing seniors to remain as independent as possible is very important to them.

I absolutely love our Roomba "Sampson". We have a German shepherd and I was worried that it wouldn't be able to handle the hair. Boy was I wrong. This thing is awesome and I couldn't recommend it more!

I thought I was doing a pretty good job of keeping the floors vacuumed but I ran this vacuum 3 times the day I got it and each time the bin was full. The carpet feels different, you can tell the suction has raised the fibers like years ago. Works great on bare surfaces too.

I absolutely love my Roomba! Here are my pros and cons-Cons- not a long battery life, but its okay, it still can go for an hour and pick up a ton of stuff! I have an indoor dog and it still picks up a ton of hair.

It cleans nicely but it’s randomness is frustrating. It will go over the same area a number of times but totally miss another.

I bought this about a month ago and I only wish I had gotten one sooner. This little guy cleans my first level (approximately 1100 square feet) with a full charge in about 70-90 minutes. I prefer to let him do one room at a time by shutting each door to confine him but it’s not necessary to do that.

Love it. Does amazing on carpet as my home is 75% carpet. Also, I have noticed a huge difference in my allergies doing better.
