Poor sound quality at high volumes, Low-power processor
There are no major hardware issues here bar a slightly dodgy trackpad. However, the main issue at this asking price is getting to grips with what Chrome OS can’t do compared to Windows. Square yourself with that and this is one of the best Chomebooks going.
-
+
Good keyboard, Good screen, Solid battery life
-
-
Disappointing trackpad, Chrome OS’s apps are still weak
This is one of the top high-quality Chromebooks, and a better buy than a Pixelbook, but this entire category has a few issues
-
+
Bold, slim-surround screen, Good battery life, Solid keyboard
-
-
Plastic trackpad doesn’t match the rest for quality, Flaky app support, More versatile Windows laptops available at the price
The Flip C434TA has some of the best performance we’ve seen in a Chromebook. It looks good, is comfortable to use, and the touchscreen adds versatility especially when paired with Android games.

Powerful performance, Large storage, Compatible with Android apps

Floppy hinge, Quite pricey
very nice build quality...love the feel and look(thin and sturdy). I like the screen color, brightness and resolution, even though I’ve never seen a laptop bright enough for my tired old eyes on certain occasions. the screen aspect(16:9) and small bezels are very pleasing...
I’m very happy with this laptop. I did some research on which laptops are the best for your money as of 2019. This one kept popping up in many reviewers videos as one of the best options.
Technically, as close as you can get to a "perfect" computer as you can get if you can live without Windows. Quality-wise comparable to a MacBook.
Love it! Light weight. Very sleek and professional looking. The finished are what sold us. The speed is also a drastic improvement from any traditional laptop.
The Asus C434 is a chromebook that has everything I was looking for. The M3 processor is fast without a fan, all aluminum build, back lit keyboard, 14 inch screen in not much more space than a 12 inch and can be used as a tablet and also tent mode. The screen is bright and at 1080p.
