Asus VT168HR 15.6" Multi-Touch Monitor

I run MAME, PC games, Model 2 and 3 through my arcade cabinet and this is perfect. It had ghosting at first but I adjusted the response time and it's perfect now. Great color, sharp image, small bezel. Fits perfectly in the cabinet. I wish the VESA mounts weren't down so low but I got around that.

Replacing my previous model of similar ASUS which lasted 10 years. Needed this specific size to fit inside a hutch with a VESA mount, so I’m happy they still make this. Plastic is a little flimsier than my last one and the buttons are still annoying, but that’s common for monitors and it works well.

For anybody wondering, the touchscreen works fine on a windows 11 desktop. Just hook up both hdmi and usb ports and the drivers are installed and it just works. If the touchscreen is not the primary monitor, you do have to go into control panel and tell windows which monitor is the one with...

Perfect for my 2nd monitor set up. I have two inputs both with DVI and HDMI for my ROG Ally dock and my desktop. This is a high quality panel and the eye care stuff actually is very nice. Matte finish on screen means no reflections either! Also a nice surprise is it’s 75hz!

I searched for a monitor with speakers. These are tinny sounding and are not loud. There is almost no bass at all. Still need an external speaker to make it a decent monitor. Picture is fine, but nothing special. Feels like an soft-white bulb compared to a white bulb.

I’m so happy that I got this monitor. It doesn’t hurt my eyes like others!!!

Most ASUS products are quite solid in both function and design. Most of my pc was built using ASUS products. This monitor was a let down. Not in design or features. But in picture quality. There was no sweet spot where the monitor wasn't dark at the top and light at the bottom.

Thought it has the webcam do had to get one separately

It was plug and play to replace a worn out touch screen. I wish it was a little more stable on the mount. Pretty wobbly for a touch screen. At least it has a VESA mount, so I am going to try that route. ASUS usually makes great stuff, but this kinda misses the mark.
