Benro TMA38CL Long Series 3 Mach3 Carbon Fiber Tripod

Been using RRS and Gitzo fiber tripods for years, then found this beauty that does all that they do and MORE for LESS MONEY! Great value. Tremendous quality. This is now my "go-to" tripod in the field! Still keeping my RSS and Gitzo's though - paid a small fortune for them!Highly recommended!

For many years Ive been a Manfrotto tripod guy. The 055 line has been my go-to. And personally, I like the flip locks over the twist locks. When in came time to update my tripod, I was looking for something lighter and more rigid, but built equally well or better than what I was accustomed to.

The Benro TMA38CL Carbon Fiber Tripod is just what I needed for wildlife photography. I shoot with a Nikon d-500, Sigma 500mm f4 lens w/1.4 teleconverter and need a steady shooting platform.

I purchased the Benro TMA38CL Long Series 3 Mach3 Carbon Fiber Tripod as I was looking for a sturdy & lightweight tripod for wild life photography.I am 185cm tall and wanted a tripod that offered full height without bending.

Excellent tripod having owned several before it was a choice of this one or the large Leofoto. I am more than happy with this one it is extremely stable and a breeze to extend with a small turn of the clamps. The only downside id only one leg has foam on it.

I looked at a lot of tripods and was going to get the Leofoto one However I went fir this on it was half the price but to my reckoning as good quality as the other one. The twist locks are excellent its not a travel tripod as it is quite large but not overly so.

It’s a tall enough tripod for me (6ft) it’s very sturdy. Build quality is excellent weight not an issue for what it’s for (seascape)Would highly recommend this

Needed a sturdier tripod for my Canon and 100 - 400, saw good reviews for this so took the plunge. Not disappointed at all, great looking tripod, light for the size, locks off well and is extremely sturdy.
