We've been in our new renovated kitchen about a month now with our new Bosch appliances. We love our 800 series Combination Oven. It's beautiful to look at and works well. We find we use the top Convection Oven (doubles as Microwave) nearly every day, especially as it is summer and we don't want to...
The "speed oven" is incredibly slow and the oven doesn't cook evenly (constantly over-cooks on the right side, causing burned food on one side). We originally purchased the set thinking it was an awesome way of killing two birds with one stone, and HEY it's Bosch, so they have to be amazing.
This oven was purchased as a replacement for a 25 year old JennAir built in double oven. The biggest issue was finding something close to the old size, and this fit the bill. The only improvement would be to ask BOSCH to make trim kits available to assist in retrofitting items.
My old oven was 30 years old and still worked. Using the Bosch is like stepping into another era. I'm still getting use to the function, but so far really impressed. Gave 4 stars since it's been installed only a few weeks. Would like to come back in a year and give a better review.
I am a restaurant owner/chef and bake lots of sourdough bread at home. I love this oven and use the temperature probe feature to monitor the inner temperature of the bread. It will shut the oven off at 200 degrees. Ive had all the other brands of ovens over the years, and this Bosch is the best.
We installed the oven + microwave combo replacing a seperately installed microwave and double oven unit. We found that we just didn't use the double oven enough and having it all combined into a single unit saves us precious cabinet space in our new kitchen.
The oven looks great and cooks very consistent. The quick preheat option is nice.
A perfect combination of all the microwave and a small island love the performance! Makes perfect pizza timer to perfection no hustle. Self cleaning is great.
absolutly the best oven and Microwave I have ever used and the microwave is much much more than than that I tried it with cooking a pizza and it was the best pizza i have ever had with out any doubt the best ovens
