I bought this lens for a companion of M6. It works fine and is my travel prefered set now. 5D Mark IV and other telezoom lens now only for birds and wild photos.

Im not a "superzoom" fan. But this one is living on one of my M5 bodies. Is really "does it all" is true here. Very versatile and gets the job done with ease. Its all there, speed, IQ, size, price, MFD, AF are all Very good to great. With the M5 or M50 this makes a great combo.

This lens is a good carry-around lens for Canon M-series cameras. It is light weight and adequately sharp for everyday use. While I own both the 6D and the 7D II, there are many times that I just don't want to be saddled with heavier equipment and my M5 with the 18-150mm lens is what I reach for.

This is becoming my favorite lens. I have a collection of Canon EF and L lenses but have never found a wide zoom range lens that was any good. Canon does make one, an L, but it's very costly and very large and very heavy.

I bought a Canon EOS M50 over the summer in anticipation of my first trip to Europe. This is my first exchangeable lens camera. I tried the kit lens and it was ok but didn't do all I wanted such as close-up details, and for landscape and buildings.

I was looking for a Leave on Camera lens for most situations. This is it! With the exception of only needing a wide angle lens as a carry along this works great. Very sharp even when compared to my L lens's. Light and just a little larger than the shorter lens that came with the M3.

Very good lens, with the caveat that it is not an L lens. Still it's light weight and produces fairly crisp images. It, and the 22mm are now my go-to travel lenses

It works well. It is a clear picture. I am an amateur.

I only had a few shots testing this lens , but it convinced me it's the most proper piece of equipment to use when traveling , otherwise than my. Markiii and 24 -105 mm .

I have been waiting two years for Canon to come out with a 18-135, 18-150, or 18-200 lens to fit my M3. They finally did it, and this will definitely be my favorite lens if not the only lens that I would be using.
