This is my first Dyson vacuum cleaner and I wish I had gotten one MUCH sooner. The fact that it is fairly light and cordless has made a huge difference in my life. It is so easy to take down and use as needed, instead of taking out the old clunky canister vac and having to find accessible outlets.

I bought the V15 to replace a (still working—but dying) DC44 cordless we bought about 10 years ago. The difference is astounding. It's great on both carpet and hard floors, once you do some trial testing and find what attachment works best for your flooring.

Like this unit , the wall mount is nice and the display of how much battery as well the only issue s that sometimes on my area rugs it sucks too hard where the roller won’t move. Pet hair is an issue for me and it does a good job.., even the dander gets picked up.

This was an upgrade from the dyson 6. I read the reviews and was happy with my older version so I purchased the newer unit. The vacuum is heavier and works just fine, the main problem is the machine blows air near the handle. Very frustrating and is actually a reason to return the purchase.

So far, an excellent, powerful, cordless vacuum that isn't married to the wall outlet! Also a big plus for me: the anti-tangle comb in the cleaner head and the pet hair attachment. I would love to come back here to update this review in 3 or 4 years to tell you it's as good as the day I bought it.

Our family loves this vacuum, but our only concern is that it does not hold a power charge. This is shocking based on the technology it was designed with. Dyson knows better and for this amount of money it should stay charged longer than 15 minutes at a time. I am seriously considering returning it.

Ive only been using this vacuum for about 2 weeks. I like just about everything about it, except for having to continually press the button to keep the power on. My fingers start hurting and I have to stop. In the future, I hope Dyson just has an on and off switch.

We love the idea of the Dyson V8 Animal, but for the price, we have had too many issues with it.Pros: Cordless. Charging block on the wall for easy, quick access.Cons: Battery dies VERY fast. We get about 10-15 seconds use out of it on Max power, and maybe 45 seconds on low power mode.

My family loves the new Dyson V15 Cordless vacuum cleaner. It shows us the microscopic dirt particles that we normally can't see and it's suction is very powerful. This was a replacement for our old Dyson V8 animal plus and there is a noticeable difference in the technology.
