New Search for Meaning. The Sense 2 is Fitbit's top smartwatch. It comes with many sensors, an aluminum casing and Google apps. It can also be used for phone calls and payments. Our review explains who should take a closer look at the Sense 2 and who should keep their hands off it.
-
+
Google Maps and Wallet integrated, Good wearing comfort, Extensive equipment
-
-
Low adaptability of the software, Measurements partly not manually triggerable, Phone function too slow
“The Fitbit Sense 2 is a highly capable smartwatch with a powerful array of sensors that put the focus on fitness and health.”
-
+
Highly responsive interface, Excellent display, Rugged and highly water resistant, Advanced fitness and health tracking, Comfortable to wear
-
-
A bit pricey, Audio quality for calls isn’t great
The Fitbit Sense 2 lives up to its name and is supposed to be like second nature for the wearer. For this purpose, the fitness watch offers the numerous mindfulness features found in its predecessor. There is an important design change compared to the first Sense though.
-
+
Haptic button is vastly improved, Still chic looking and very light, Simple and snappy operation, Google Wallet available via an update
-
-
Many features are hidden behind a paywall, Moderately accurate sensors for pulse measurement and GPS, Closed ecosystem, Only one model available for all wrist sizes, Still no Google Maps support
The Fitbit Sense 2 has made impressive improvements to its health tracking, and it’s thinner and more attractive than the original Sense, but it loses crucial smart features like WiFi, music storage and third-party apps, and its sports tracking remains poor.
-
+
Improved design, Good battery life, Impressive health-tracking features
Fitbit’s most advanced smartwatch goes deep on sleep and other health metrics and comes with stress management features.
-
+
Works with Apple and Android, Built-in GPS, Sophisticated sleep and stress tracking
-
-
Doesn’t come with the fitness activities other smartwatches do
The Fitbit Sense 2 is an excellent health smartwatch that stuns with its updated user interface and improved stress tracking features. However, probably due to being part of the broader Google wearable portfolio, the Sense 2 has lost some key features, including WiFi connectivity, which is a massive...
-
+
Beautiful, dainty design, Premium build quality and materials used, Excellent sleep and stress tracking performance, Updated user interface is easy to navigate
-
-
No WiFi connectivity, No music storage or even control options, No third-party app support (currently, not even for Google products)
Fitbit’s Sense 2 picks things up where the original Sense left off. Overall, the Sense 2 is a much improved device with a few noteable extras, and a couple of let-downs. First the good stuff, and this time round even though the design of the watch looks pretty much the same, it works a lot better...
-
+
Great stress monitoring, ECG and EDA scans, improved user experience, decent app, overall holistic health monitoring great
-
-
Needs Premium subscription for full functionality, device display might be too small for some, temperature monitor only do so at night, sensors not needed by everyone
Monitor your health and reduce stress
-
+
Slim, lightweight, comfortable design, Improved touch-screen responsiveness, 5-day battery life, Large, bright display, Excellent stress management features, Accurate body temperature data
-
-
Aesthetic downgrade from original model, No third-party app support, Some lifestyle apps from last generation removed, Band release latch can be accidentally triggered
The Fitbit Sense 2 is an enjoyable-to-use casual health and fitness tracker that demands less upkeep than an Apple Watch, but the new closed-off approach for this series makes the watch less flexible than its predecessor.
-
+
Good battery life, Comfortable, Fairly easy-to-understand interface
-
-
No music support, Heart rate reliability is not top-tier, Subscription is required to unlock its full powers, No third-party app support
Heath is at the forefront, but smart functions take a back seat
-
+
Reliable fitness tracking features, Bigger push on stress monitoring, Addition of physical button
-
-
Loses features from first Sense, Stuttering software, Still just okay sports tracking
This device was easy to add to my fitbit account and set up. I like it better than my older Versa 2. The only thing I don't like is they call this Lunar White. This is grayish white. Like a gray clay color. While I don't hate it, I would have preferred to have an actual white.
Love it!! Does all the things my husband and I needed it to do and more!!Only thing I find annoying and can complain about, is that any "fun" clock faces I have to purchase, with the amount of money we spent there should be a bunch of different clock faces to choose from and not have to purchase.
I love this Fitbit. It have not started using all the different things to setup yet, but I will.
Be wary of the wrist it too causes skin burns/ irritation. Also it is not easy to find a compatible clock face.
I love my Fitbit! So much better than the previous one I had. Its comfortable to wear and looks stylish. I like that it tracks my sleep and stress levels. I'm seeing patterns and can adjust better now when I am getting stressed or not enough sleep. I am very happy I made this purchase.
I had the first Fitbit smartwatch. I wanted something more. I needed to track my oxygen levels because I have COPD. I got the Fitbit Sense. Now, I felt it was time to upgrade, so got the Fitbit Sense 2. It's taking some getting used to, but it does more than the Sense. I'd recommend this watch.
We are happy with the Fitbit. It was easy to set up and works as expected.
I like the features and how it tracks my heart rate and mood. The health metrics feature is also kind of neat it lets me know how i'm doing after sleep all in all it's more than a step counter also the ability to glance down to see if a call or text needs my immediate attention is quite handy
The Fitbit is comfortable and amazing. It is so easy to use and great for keeping you working out. Completing the step goal has been a fun self challenge. The pulse ox and heart rate are so accurate. If you see a cardiologist they now can track your heartbeat from the watch.
Its not as easy to see the results I want & requires lots of premium upgrades & too many ads.
