The range I purchased has an optional center griddle that I thoughly enjoy! I love that it has a power burner as well as a simmer burner. I have not had any problems with it and would purchase again.

Have had my Frigidaire stove for 3 1/2 years. While baking 3 days ago, the oven stopped heating. The broiler no longer heats up either. However, the cooktop still works. PC Richard coming tomorrow to make the repair. Disappointed in Frigidaire in general.
The oven is brand new but I have used the burners for boiling, sauteeing, and frying. Baked a meatloaf and a batch of brownies without any problems. The oven is a handsome product and a fine value for the price. If you need a free-standing range, I can encourage you to keep this one in mind.
DO NOT BUY: I got it on January 19 and as of Oct 1 it still hasn't been repaired, even though 3 different service companies came to see it. Frigidaire will blame delivery men, lack of spare parts, they will lie and pretend they care but in effect they do not care

Difficult To Clean, Heats slowly, Imprecise Temp Control, Messy, Unreliable Performance
I had a Frigidaire range similar to this in my old house and it never gave me a problem over 6 years, so I bought this one for my new house. So far I'm pleased. It looks good, performs as well as my old one, and I think it offers a lot of value for the money.
