As we were adjusting the air conditioner in the window, my wife couldn't get the right angle to raise the window. As I raised my hands to push the window up, the air conditioner fell out the window and landed on the ground (fortunately we were on the first floor).

This is a compact, easy-to-install window unit, with great controls and functions. Eco and auto settings let this run in optimal settings, and the Energy Star rating means it's doing the best it can do while conserving as much energy as possible.

I like the fact it is quiet and efficient but the directions (instructions) for use take little getting use to you have to make sure it on and on timer or eco otherwise it keeps shutting off I know that's a feature but should be easier to get around. Otherwise I would give it a solid 4 stars so far
