This is one of the best tripods I have ever owned.It oozes quality and is absolutely rock solid. Obviously this comes at an eye watering price but you will be amazed when you get it in your hands.

I work as a landscape photographer and photography tutor and do a lot of long exposures on sea shores. A good tripod is essential and Gitzo make the best although they are overpriced IMHO and the lightest Series 1 range don't stand up to rough handling at all.
