I bought this flash a month ago, along with a Godox TT350F flash and a Godox XT1-F radio trigger. I had to upgrade the firmware on the flashes, as well as the trigger. Performing the upgrade was easy. Once the firmware was upgraded, everything worked correctly on the flashes and trigger.
I used this the first time to cover a music awards red carpet event this past weekend. Used a Vello Canon TTL cable to a flash grip mounted on an X-T2 and just left the flash on TTL the entire time. Got great images, TTL was spot on. The UI is pretty good.
The build quality of this is not far away from the more well known names in the photo industry. It's very easy to use, and hardly needs a manual. I have not used it for a long time, but my first impression is excellent.
Chose the TT685F flash over the V860IIF as I did not need the capability of the Li-on battery-powered flash. I use it with the Godox X1T-F wireless transmitter on my Fuji X-T2. The quality and adjustable light output is what I expected.
I have been searching for a flash that would give me true focusing help in very low light like my old Nikon Flashes. Finally I found one that works on my X-T2. - It also is an easy flash to set up and has plenty of other features making it a great flash - especially for it's price range.
Works very well. Maybe a bit strong for small rooms but works well with other equipment I have
Fantastic flash! Fully featured, powerful, accurate metering and less than half the cost of the Fujifilm equivalent. Built in wireless TTL triggering works flawlessly. Highly recommended.
The Good speed light and the remote have proved to be excellent. The model selected matches the Fuji XT-2 camera and operates without a problem
I bought two of these and neither worked with my Fuji X-T3. The first powered up and would flash with the manual button, but would not communicate with the camera.Unit two would not flash at all manually or on the camera, but it would communicate with the camera (showed ttl).
