The HyperX Cloud 3 are good for wired gaming. They have a very comfortable fit and offer low latency regardless of your connection type, meaning your audio and video stay in sync when playing.

+
Graphic EQ and presets available., Very sturdy and comfortable., Low latency via USB., Very good mic performance.
-
-
Sound profile lacks bass., Closed-off passive soundstage.
At this point the HyperX Cloud is pretty iconic, so when I heard that a HyperX Cloud III was coming I was pretty excited! This new headset has the same look and feel of the previous Cloud headsets, which is not a bad thing if you've ever used one of these headsets before.

+
– Price, – Extremely comfortable, – Well made, – Location accuracy during gaming is impressive, – Can be used with a bunch of different devices
-
-
– Sounds is very flat when listening to music of movies, – Software is basic
While the Cloud III is a worthwhile update to the classic Cloud II, it's tough to recommend it over other, way better headsets at $99, including HyperX's own Cloud Alpha.
The Cloud III is an excellent new option, comfortable and lightweight with a nice design and excellent battery life, all at a very sensible price point.

Sounds great, Really comfortable, Dongle with adapter
-

No noise cancelling
To begin with, the assessment at hand is subjective in nature. My experience with Cloud III highlights its commendable ability to restore an immersive gaming environment. However, achieving this requires some manual adjustment of the headphone’s EQ settings.
Very similar to the Cloud II from 2015.
The HyperX Cloud III is an affordable wired headset that sounds great
-
+
Good sound quality for the price, Comfortable and lightweight fit, Extensive device support
-
-
Spatial audio is weak, Limited tweaking options
The HyperX Cloud III is a great gaming headset that delivers on being comfortable and lightweight, without sacrificing quality.
-
+
The memory foam and leatherette make for an extremely comfortable experience., Flexible and sturdy., Highly versatile, with three different connectors for multi-device compatibility.
-
-
Sound quality is roughly the same as the previous-gen headset., The microphone tends to pick up on loud and high-pitched background noises.
On Cloud IX

Updates the Cloud II form factor without losing anything in the process, Still has a great soundstage, now with bigger drivers and DTS:X, Good connectivity options for multiple platforms, Eclipses its competitors for quality at $159
-
-
Still a little flat-sounding for blockbuster games or movies, NGENUITY software is fairly basic
Works well. The mute indicator light (button on back of headset) is visible in peripheral vision and the audio quality is excellent.
Very nice headset for the money. Comfortable. Clear sound and decent microphone.
It’s perfect for what you need if you’re looking for your first headset.
Excellent earphones for gaming - has usb and 35 mm adapters
Great headset with a nice price, very light as well
Really good headset for the price because of how comfortable and sturdy it is. Mic quality is good so no complaints there. Although, I wish there was side tone and am worried about the leather splitting later on
well...they looked amazing for the price.seems better on qualitty than my xm4,but the sound...it s so bad,like..i thought, the sound is soo bad, like my 50£ razer headset bought 3 years ago had better sound and bass, they rlly lack the bass.
My husband finally cam play video games with no echo. He loves these headphones
These sounded decent for the money, was easy to plug in to PC or my audio amp for the PS5 system.
The battery life is amazing it lasts for quite a long time. You can connect in multiple ways such as a dogle a cable or a hub.As for the sound it’s perfect you can adjust how loud it is too and the mic is perfect. It looks amazing and feels amazing it’s really smooth and comfortable
