A week ago I upgraded to this from my 2016 LG OLED65B6P. I went with the G4 this time due to it having both the new A11 processor and the micro-array that further brightens the display which for the first time is available on the 83" screen.

Very happy with this TV. Crystal clear picture, flexible controls, all the apps I need. Very professionally installed by Richer Sound’s partner ClemoTech AV.

I bought this to replace a 65" Samsung Q7Fam. The clarity and contrast are amazing. Filmmaker mode is so useful. Very easy to use, however it's a shame that the remote is so bulky. I prefer the simple premium metal body from my Q7F. I can't comment on.dlumd quality as I use external speakers.

This is well beyond what i was expecting. Everything the manager said was 100% correct, and more!

As an AV professional who worked with most retail and commercial grade AV products. I have been morally torn on the topic of LG products and the horror stories I have witnessed. Dealing with the retail grade products in the sector, it is not universally known LG "sweeten" the deal behind the scenes...

I was very much in two minds about spending so much on a TV, but I have zero regrets! Wall mounting it was simple enough and it looks great before it's even turned on lol. As you can expect, the picture is stunning, an OLED screen at this size is something to behold and with the display technology...

Good recommendations on components but overall home cinema solution was lacking the support to make me feel that RS had done this before.

HDMI 2 - Passes EARC perfectly BUT HDMI 2 - Receives video sporadically - Sometimes works, Sometimes displays a black screen, but plays audio, and sometimes plays audio but displays a garbled screen All other HDMI ports work for video. Tested will multiple cables.
