Well built and beautiful refrigerator. Plenty of storage space, and the middle Convert drawer is very useful. The smoked glass door is a nice touch to match the other appliances I have, and the door in door feature is convenient.My -1 star is for the noisy water sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer work outstanding but I am concerned about the craft ball maker. Had problems with it 6 months into having it. LG replaced the raft maker and I'm not having problems now but I am worry about how long it will last.

when i got it i was so happy and now i have so much space and i cant belive i ave this but it is pricey but on the other hand i love love the color and the size and the shape of the ice love the space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in December 2020. It has given me issues with the craft ice maker not working. I've called LG out to the house 3 times since. It also makes a loud noise from the fan which is not normal. As far as looks, it's very nice.

This is a replacement ThinQ refrigerator. First of all, it works. Drinks are cold, vegetables crisp..all as should be. The design with adjustable [pull out drawer is perfect. You can use it as needed for parties, guests, or everyday life. Don't even get me started on the lchoice of ice.

I recommend these LG Engineering re- configure the water filter housing, design and purpose. Oftentimes a water filter is not needed due to whole house water softeners, ozone and rechargeable filtration systems. I am unable to use this refrigerator without your LG. Water filter.

Bought this 2 years ago and died didn’t buy extended warranty because I thought LG was a reliable brand turned out I was wrong now have to fix it out of pocket this turned out to be junk stay away from LG fridges and don’t buy this product

DO. NOT BUY an lg fridge. Read the reviews they have a known no cooling issue. These fridges don’t deserve even 1 star. Shame on lg for selling people appliances that they know will break!! 3rd round of entire fridge contents into coolers.
