All hail LG! This was an excellent A/C to invest in because its cooling is just outstanding. Love the 4 way air direction and its capability provide perfect heating is a plus. Couldn`t be more pleased

I have a very large space and this air conditioner is working very well for me. What I like the most it the fact that it is so quiet. Highly recommended.

The combo heat/cool is brilliant.The ideal device for our situation. We have central heat and air, but the system doesn't cool the back room that sits in the sun all day, very well. This unit does the job. In Winter, when there is no sun on the room, the heater warms it nicely, taking the chill off.

This has been one of the best decisions that I made in helping my hubby equip his shop. It has cooled and warmed his 20x25' shop just fine and the installation is so simple! Our contractor had to fit it into a 30"x 30" window, but he just removed the window and built a small piece for the top.

We have at 150sqft sunroom with a lot of windows with no effective heating/cooling system in it. This combo unit has worked extremely well. We permanently installed it into a window and has done a great job of cooling this room. We even used the heat a bit with good results.

As expected - works great and warms/cools our house. Really love it.

I like the fact that is heats and cools. We bought this window unit to put in our sun room so we can use it year round. It being summer we have only used the AC. It does a good job of cooling off the room. Pleased so far. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love the air-condition it works really well, it keeps my house so cold. I just love the way it rotates the air in the room. It's the best air-conditioner I've had in a long time.
