The Lensbaby is very much what we British might call a 'Marmite' product; you either love it or you hate it, and once you've established your taste no-one's ever going to convert you to the opposite way of thinking.

Composer Pro is the smoothest operating, most usable Lensbaby yet, Sweet 35 is more practical than previous optics (built-in aperture control, tool-less removal)

Sweet 35 can vignette on full frame cameras at extreme tilt positions, Sweet 35's off-axis blur characteristics are (arguably) not as attractive as the Double Glass 50mm's, Composer Pro has no mechanism or indication for centering the lens when desired
I bought this to see what it can do photo wise and it took a little bit of time to get it figured out. I think it's a bit pricey for a manual focus lens, which is why I am only giving it 4 stars.
So, so in love with this lens. Yes, it takes practice, but even if you never tilt the lens, it still creates beautiful imagery. It will definitely bring your art to another level.
This is a nice little lens kit with lots of possibility! It takes a while to learn the ins and outs of using this lens, but once you do, you come away with amazing, artistic shots.
Best purchase I have ever made to go with my canon! I love to play with the more creative photography I can get with this kit. And look forward to future purchases with lensbaby. Great product!
I wish it came with directions and the web page is not so great. Takes really cool pictures. keep in mind it does not communicate with your camera so shooting in manual is the best.I love that the optics are interchangeable.
Love this lens! There is a bit of a learning curve, but the results are well worth it.
I like this lens very much... I am still getting used to using it and the manual focus... so far so good!
Love it, having such fun in conjunction with an online course I am on that recommended it! Is stepping up my fine art photography to a whole new level.
This is a lot of fun. I usually use prime lenses on my 5D Mark III, but this little gem is a fun change of pace for close up photography.
Fun lens. If you have a Sony you will need to tell it that you are using an unsupported lens in setup.
