I've used a Primus, a Trekker 300, and a Flipside 400. This bag bests all of them. The padded compartment perfectly fits my EOS 6D with l-bracket, 16-35 f/4, 24-70 f/4, 70-300L with tripod collar, all with Lee adaptor rings attached. In the top pocket I keep my filters and filter holder.
If you are hiking with a camera body and few lens, this is a great backpack. My D500 and two lens fit easily into the flipside area. I liked the ability to access my equipment without having to take the backpack off. However you can't have the waistbelt too tight or it won't rotate.
I have been looking for a backpack that I could use for day hiking and take with me to Antarctica that was not too large but fitted in my 70-200mm f2.8 Canon lens. I was very pleased when it arrived to be able to fit the lens in (not attached to the camera).
This is a well designed and comfortable backpack, although there is not really enough space for non-camera gear when used in colder weather or where you need more gear. I solved that by adding straps to the top to lash on more gear.
I actually use this as my carry around pack for my 70mm refractor telescope. It fits in the bag with the diagonal and TeleVue mount attached, plus two eyepieces, and mirrorless body. I keep a table top tripod and small pier on the outside in the pockets and strapped in. It awesome.
As a beginner in photography this is an ideal pack for a day out. I can easily fit in my mirrorless Canon R50 with its 18-45mm lens, my 55-210mm and 100-400mm zoom lenses and compact binoculars.

Perfect mid-sized bag for me.. Fits mirrorless camera with two lenses in the bottom and enough space in the top for DJI mini 3 pro fly more in its bag to fit neatly.

Excellent quality and perfect for carrying mirrorless camera gear plus extra space for clothes food etc.
I purchased this bag for a five week overseas adventure, and it did not disappoint. I used this bag to carry my camera and many other things in San Francisco, Calgary, Banff National Park, British Columbia, Vancouver Island and Vancouver.
