Im 63 and have been using a monopod for years that was about 2-3 inches too short for me. This one feels really well built and its really great to finally not have to lean over to look through the viewfinder.
Needed a monopod for shooting some slower shutter speeds and dealing with heavy lenses. This one did the trick. Only gripe is I kept trying to open the clips backwards.
It was just what I have been using for 35 years when it was bogen...excellent..not flashy just does the job
Bought to aid in the use of a 150-600mm sigma lens. Came with a free quick release tilt head so it was even better value. I expect this to last a lifetime as the build quality is excellent. Very easy to extend and close up.
