One problem with this product-the clock will not stay on and Samsung is not offering a fix for the bug. While it's a beautiful oven and so far is an excellent cooking choice I feel as a comsumer we should have been warned/made aware of the "problem" with the clock function.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not use to using a conventional oven but I have learned to check my food faster. I was excited by color and design of the oven. The blue lights on the knobs and the black stainless steel makes for a nice touch of class.
Excellent preheat time. Bakes food very evenly. WiFi functionality is a bit of a joke.

Clock will not stay on and Samsung will not do anything about it Excellent stove so far but one would think this could be corrected with reprogramming.
i have to have matching appliances and was deciding between bosch, whirlpool and samsung. absolutely love our samsung kitchen! the oven is attractive and extremely functional. haven't used the steam cook or flex duo yet, but looking forward to trying them out.
