I love the fact that you can quickly swing the bag around to the front to retrieve the camera.
This backpack couldn't have come at a better time. I got it today and decided to test drive it for comfort to see how it would act upon my back. First of all very comfortable, feels secure and is sturdy. Second, it hadn't rained in a while where I live and today happened to rain.
This is a great back pack. I use it for my Sony NEX-VG900. The backpack has a great construction, it has a rain cover and too many space for aditional items. In my backpack I has one Sony NEX-VG900, one Sony XR550, one Rokinon Lens 85mm T1.5 Cine, one Sony lens 28-75mm T2.8 (SAL2875), one Sony A/C...
Its a good looking bag in striking black and orange colors. Enough space and well padded back and straps. But I had two major concerns: a. Main carry handle to lift bag and to move about when not carried on back is sewn to a enclosure lid / cover.
Finally I can stow my A77, SAL-70400G, additional lenses AND my Vaio notebook computer all in complete padded safety.The heavy duty velco type internal separators can be easily reconfigured to suit your "gear of the day".
I have two Sony DSLR's, A65 and A99 plus 5 lenses. Everything fits nicely except for the 150-600mm lens which has it's own case. Accessibility is great both from the front and top. I've looked for a backpack for all my stuff in one bag and this does the trick nicely.
This bag is incredible! After owning several types, I finally found the perfect one. You have a backpack that has many compartments with great quality. It is well constructed and very versatile. I really like the fact that I can carry everything with me.
Call me crazy but I bought the bag to go with my soon to be new sony camera... I currently work with a cannon 5D M2 in a comperable Lowepro bag. I have to say the sony bag is much more bulky - the lower back rest/rain cover puts odd pressure on my lower back and there are not enough smaller...
