this graphic tablet is so much better than any I have used. It is responsive to touch, using the pen to write or draw is like pen on paper ... and I have the CPU added so it is a standalone computer -- VERY FAST. Love it!
Beautiful product. It's feels like you're writing on paper. The screen feels a little warm after some minutes, nothing alarming.
This makes the ability to work with software like it's a real object, it connects you with your drawing/painting/sculpt. Only thing I didn't check before i bought was my laptop can't run 4k, my bad, but running at 1080p is still great all the colours are there. Future laptop upgrade I guess.
It's taken me a long time to graduate up through the ranks of tablets (always Wacom) to the Pro 24. I don't regret the spend on this item at all - it has changed my entire workflow and made me more efficient. I'd been used to working on an Intuos so the transition to on-screen was no problem.
The unit arrived with something rattling around in the box. When opened it was discovered that all but one of the screws securing the back panel had fallen out and were causing the noise. The only screw still in place fell out at the slightest touch.
I waffled between the 24" and 32" version of the Cintiq Pro. Finally opted for the 24" because the 32" would be a little too big for my desk and I'm still on the fence whether I want to keep the 24 or not. 4K looks amazing. The graphics are clean and smooth. Definitely can't fault that.
I've had it for a few months now and the main programs I use are: Corel Painter 20/20, Photoshop 2020, Zbrush, 3ds Max and Fusion 360. I'm glad I have it but wish it was better at this price point. I love the idea of having the best drawing monitor but still find it lacking.
I do background layout/design and painting for the animation industry. I have used Wacom products since 2003 (starting with their drawing tablets), but this is the best one yet. The 24" display really let's me see details clearly, and the pen response is wonderful.
I love the more horizontal framework. There are more bells and whistles than I can count but it's not too complicated for my simple drawing use. I love the smooth lines I can draw on it. My older Cintiq 21UX was getting long in the tooth. It wasn't as responsive any more.
My Daughter attends LCAD and was EXTRAORDINARILY HAPPY when she received this! Best thing for her line of work!
