Weber Spirit Series 30 Inch Freestanding Liquid Propane Grill - Black

We had a Weber Genesis for several years and decided to downsize. Weber 210 is a good size but the burner output seems to high. Turning off one burner helps but then your heat source is uneven. Haven't had the grill long and not comfortable enough to try cooking ribs, brisket or a Boston butt.

1-Cons- Spirit E-210 is marginally more modest than the Genesis models, so it may not be best for engaging huge gatherings.The propane tank should hang in full view, which in any case degrades the rest and current completion of the entire thing.

This is the second grill for us the first Weber Spirit E-210 lasted for 6 years and I just thought it was time to get a new one. We bought the same type 2 burner which is great for us but yet when we have friends and family over it large enough for everyone. I think it is the best by on a grill.

I love to grill, even in the winter. This grill was easy to assemble and is easy to clean and changing propane tanks to easy and quick. The burners provide even cooking with the flavor bars and the grill heats up quickly. I do wish it had stainless grates, but the grates it comes with do work fine.

This grill is simply the best for two people who love grilled food but can be used for more people but if you love grilled food and have limited space, this is the one. But what is even better then the great heat controls or the space savings is the never seen before pull out in the back.

After our old Weber of 25 years went to junkyard heaven, it was a no brainer to get another Weber. I did a lot of research but I ended up a bit disappointed on this selection and thought something was actually wrong with this grill. There are 3 burner covers yet gas only runs down the sides.

If you need to grill for more than 8-9 people, you'll probably need a larger grill.
