Whirlpool WED8127LW

I have had this dryer for about a month now and I really like it. It has all of the features that I was looking for but for a large-capacity dryer, it has a small opening for which to put your wet clothes. I keep hitting my hand on the top of the dryer opening when I move my clothes from the washer.

Supposed to be more efficient than older models, but drying cycle are surprisingly longer. Startup manuals are significantly inadequate to learn how to use all the wonderful features.

I spent a bunch of time looking for a dryer that would last a long time and could thoroughly dry even the biggest blankets and all my research pointed to the Whirlpool dryer. I'm so glad I purchased it! It's reliable and has a durable drum for constant use years down the line.

This dryer looks great and has many functions. Being that it is a smart dryer it has WIFI but we could never get it to pair with our network, so that was a failure. The reason we got it was to match the new washer we got, so the old dryer still worked and it worked better than the new dryer.

Love the top load. Kind of noisy. Loud popping sound at beginning of cycle

My hands down favorite feature on this dryer is load sensing. It can detect the load size, weight, and water content, and adjusts accordingly. No more guess work on my part!

The only thing I don’t like is the dryer is installed to close to the left wall due to shortness of the venting . It should be longer to move it closer to the washer. The connection is fine it is the letting of the venting material is to short.

When I pull clothes out of this Whirlpool dryer, often they genuinely look like they've been ironed and pressed. That is an amazing feature I didn't realize I was getting!

The machine keeps telling constantly need to clean the filter but the space for the filter is really tin that you can clean good, the machine has tiny tiny space you are not able with your hands to clean good, is just frustrating trying to clean that filter I tried with different things but still...

We've had this Whirlpool dryer for several months and we love it. Bought a matching set for our summer home.
