The dryer is working as expected with only a.couple of caveats.I have to set the dryer to "more dry" or the clothes are still a little damp when the dryer shuts off.The alert sound for when the dryer shuts off is nowhere loud enough. I've set the sound to max but it'd still not loud enough.

Supposed to be more efficient than older models, but drying cycle are surprisingly longer. Startup manuals are significantly inadequate to learn how to use all the wonderful features.

I spent a bunch of time looking for a dryer that would last a long time and could thoroughly dry even the biggest blankets and all my research pointed to the Whirlpool dryer. I'm so glad I purchased it! It's reliable and has a durable drum for constant use years down the line.

Some items are not completely drying even after vent cleaning. My main complaint on washer/dryer is that Whirlpool charges for using the WiFi connections. It is their app and we spend a lot for the washer and for the dryer. Seems tacky to charge a monthly or annual fee to connect app.

My hands down favorite feature on this dryer is load sensing. It can detect the load size, weight, and water content, and adjusts accordingly. No more guess work on my part!

I love our new dryer. At first it seemed different (had our other Whirlpool dryer for 20 years), but it does so much more. When I pull clothes out of this Whirlpool dryer, often they genuinely look like they've been ironed and pressed. That is an amazing feature I didn't realize I was getting!

It's a lot of drying power. The settings are endless. I haven't yet mastered the steam, and the wrinkle guard doesn't help a lot, you still have to iron cotton items. If you use the standard settings, the clothing and items are a little bit damp when they come out, so I use the hotter heat setting.

We've had this Whirlpool dryer for several months and we love it. Bought a matching set for our summer home.

Best dryer I've ever had. It has a ton of different options for drying. When you select towels it really does work well for towels over clothes. Normal is perfect setting for clothes and there are so many other options to try out as well. It is very quiet and runs smoothly. Highly recommend
