The only reason this isn't getting less stars is because the stove top does work. Since I purchased this oven I have been unable to use it. The outside door, handle, and sides get so hot you cannot place your hand down on them. Whirlpool had sent someone out to review and apparently this is normal.

We've just replaced the old range and chose Whirlpool series range. It is lighter in weight and has fancy looking Does everything properly. Love the extra burner on top. Heats fast and well. baking is better than I have ever done.

Love my new stove. I would recommend this stove to others.

The oven does cook well. I don’t like how hard it is to clean the top flat part. It needs to be a different color other than black. Shows every speck. I have to keep a towel laid across covering the top. I use the bottom oven almost daily.

Love our new Electric range. Easy to clean and it fits perfectly into our small townhouse kitchen. The features look great and easy to work with. Set the timer for the oven and the oven shuts off when it's done.

I am so happy to have an updated range that will make cooking easier for my family!

I bought the oven because it has a low profile. It is quirky in some aspects. The knobs are not all oriented in the same configuration. The convection/air fry feature isn't what I hoped for. The oven is supposed to have a quick preheat feature, but it doesn't work. At first, I disliked the oven.

It appears that the stove/oven is working properly and we're happy with it. It is very easy to use, attractive design, large surface area, I love it. Glad that we decided to purchase Whirlpool range and give it a try.

I only have this oven less than 2 weeks. So far I have found no problems. I love the convection oven and have used the air fryer once. I wish a manual on how to use everything had been included. I can't even find one online. So it's a matter of figuring out everything myself.

My mother has this stove in her kitchen and she always look happy while working on this. I have had use it several times and thinking about getting one for myself as well.
