[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned this about 12 months. The circular glass rotating table inside the oven is easily bumped off its track, then your food will not rotate properly. Also the check door message comes on when the door appears to be properly secured.

Like the microwave cheap supplied bolts. If you don't want to be struggling with Easy-Outs while doing the Hokey-Pokey with a helper just get some quality hardware to mount this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the features are easy to use and work well. However, returning plate never stays put. When placing a plate upon it or taking one out, the turning plate dislodge is from its place.It's sort of a pain to get it back in place every time.

Absolute love it.We got this microwave to replace one that was 30 yrs. old. and was also a under the cabinet Whirlpool. These microwaves for under a cabinet are so hard to find. Was thrilled that after 30 yrs. Whirlpool was still making it.

I bought this model to replace my old microwave primarily because it mounts (hangs) under a cabinet saving me valuable counter space. Aside from the cheapish construction, loud motor and sticky door lock mechanism, my biggest complaint is that the unit will spontaneously turn on all by itself when...

Really cheap construction . Noisy. Will not pop 2 bags of popcorn in succession; it just stops working. I sdhould have searched harder for a small microwave.

This microwave is best suited for a college dorm or for your office for casual use. I haven't found it to be great for cooking anything other than popcorn, and it takes several attempts to reheat food to get it hot. That said, if you are on a budget and have limited space, this is doable.
