Right sized washer for an apartment with large steel tub and 12 cycles for flexibility to choose the best wash for a load of clothes. Pleasantly surprised how efficiently it uses electricity and water, but still cleans well. Money saver, this washer will easily pay for itself over time!

Really nice washer with lots of options we didn't have before. Without the tall center spool it holds so much laundry. There's no point in having a larger drum unless you have a giant dryer!

I am unhappy that there is no manual that shows how to operate the machine. The "manual" shows instructions for installing and cleaning. I have an issue with the start button. When I push it, all the lights come on for a minute or 2 and then go off.

I replaced my older model Maytag with this Whirlpool after talking with friends and the friendly folks at the Home Depot. I'm very glad I did. I compared some shirts and socks from both machines. The Whirlpool (pardon the pun) Knocked our socks off. Brighter, cleaner and look like new.

We have always had Whirlpool appliances after 15 years are last washer needed a part replaced. Rather than paying for a repair man to come out I bought a new washer had the old one hauled away we are very happy with are new washer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Washer works fine but uses a TON of water, regardless of if ieater level is set to auto-sensing or manual.

I'm still getting used to this different type of washing machine. It seems to be doing a good job on everything but I don't like having to add the fabric softener by hand. I also don't like adding the detergent before the clothes, so I'm timing it so I can add it after there's a good amount of water...
