Yamaha DBR10- 10" 2-Way Powered Loudspeaker

The new DBR series makes the technology from Yamaha’s established DXR speakers available at an even more wallet–friendly price.

I really like these speakers. I am using them for stage monitors. They are small, light, and easy to carry and don't take a ton of space in the car on the way to a gig. They sound great on stage and are small enough to fit well in cramped spaces. So far, I have had no problems with them at all.

I had experience with using the 12 and 15 inch version of these speakers earlier this year with a band I was playing in, and when the need arose for my jazz duo to play an outdoor concert, I got a pair of these.

Waooo ! More than I expected in build quality and sound. Sounds great at any volume level. I bought it for backyards parties, it will surely become a topic of conversation due to the quality of sound.

This units has been great so far. I have used it on stage as my Fractal Audio AX8 monitor (taking the place of my guitar amplifier). The sound is very clean and plenty loud to hear over my very loud vand.I love the size and weight too!

Really great response for the size and weight of this speaker. I'm using it with an Apple Airport Express and stream music via AirPlay in a large gymnasium during practices. The line input is perfect for this situation and the FOH contour gives a little extra Umph if you want it.

  Could have sub pass though, or daisy chain features, but those are for higher end models and help keep the price down

The sound is great. The best sound I've ever heard when I used it as a guitar amp!It also looks very good when used as a stage monitor. In a small church environment I'm in the size is just perfect!

Basic but a good quality speaker No eq except monitor foh switches but good value for the quality

Fills our space without breaking a sweat. Perfect for a small-sized venue and clarity is top-notch across the frequencies. Robustly built as well. Paired with the DXS12 Mk2, they make an awesome couple for not much outlay.

Great sounding speaker but as soon as you turn it up you notice the lack of warm bass from the 10 inch driver, you would need to use a sub. I already have the Yamaha Stagepas 600bt which has a warmer sound and more bass, the Stagepas doesn't need a sub in 95% of the venues, it always sounds spot on,...

I had seen and heard these speakers recently and just had to replace our old system with them. They are brilliant and absolutely ideal for our needs.
