Yeti coolers are heavy, there is no doubt and I think going one size up would have meant there would be a need for two to carry. This cooler if fine for our needs and one person can carry. Comes with a removable metal bin which was not in the description but is a nice to have.

I did some research before I made the investment in a Yeti cooler (they're not cheap). I talked to people that have owned them, some for a few years, some for a long time. Everyone that I asked said that they love their YETI coolers.

This cooler is the best! It keeps everything inside cool for a very long time. -1 star because the outside is a little bit hard to clean, charcoal or other grease gets caught in the grain very easily and doesn't even come out with a scrubbing. I wish the texture was smoother/stain resistant.

I bought this for Father’s Day and we love it! Planning a huge trip out West and we are very excited to use it. This is probably our 4/5 cooler of our lifetime but many friends recommend so we took their word. I will submit another review upon using after the trip but I know that it will be great.

I bought this cooler for my boyfriend who does a fair share of back roading, fire side sitting, and working in the sun. This easily holds and keeps his thirty rack and a big bag of ice cold for multiple days in a row even when out in the sun. I was very impressed and would certainly buy again.
