The big thing with getting this to work properly is to have a properly sized doorbell transformer. I had to change mine out from a 10va(watt) to a 30va to use it with my old school chime set and had to purchase this online. It's not hard but does take some time and patience.

Ring Pro is designed for 4G and 5G which affords better range for large homes where router distance is an issue, and a ranger extender is utilized. Easy to install and no need to worry about batteries as Ring Pro is hard wired of one has an existing hard wired doorbell.

The install was super easy. You can read the step by step instructions or watch a video on your phone. Both ways are very clear and understandable. Also, included in the box, are all the tools, adapters for your particular needs, and even your choice of face plates. I was impressed.

Nice. Took me a few weeks to get it programmed so moving plants didn't notify me of movement. It's a great device. I appreciate neighbors information too. Also, it took about 5 hours of connect time before the device was ready to program.

Love this Ring Video Doorbell Pro. It's very clear during the day and motioned when someone is close by. My only drawback, at night its hard to see clearly. However, worth buying.

We really like this product. It was pretty simple for my husband to install. App walked us through everything. We plan on adding more cameras around our home soon. I do like the option of snoozing the motion sensor in the morning and evenings when people are leaving and arriving back home.

This worked perfectly with my Ring doorbell. It’s so nice to be able to hear the doorbell in the house and not just on my phone.

Love the doorbell. My only suggestion is...before anyone purchase the doorbell. Do your homework 1st...I had little trouble with the doorbell going off line, but ring tech support is fantastic. They helped me trouble shoot, and fix the problem.
